- All orders placed before 1pm EST will typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time will ship the following business day. At times we may be out of stock on certain items. In that case, we will contact you if an item is on back order and will ask you if you would like to keep a back order in our system or if you would like cancel your order for a full refund. We will also notify you of the projected shipping time of the order as well. We Ship via United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (Fed Ex). Shipping fees may be calculated separately from the item(s) purchased or may be already included in our pricing.
- TN Lights understands that sometimes when you order a product, it does not always our customers standards. We also understand that sometimes the product might vary from the manufacturers photographs or description and you might not be happy. For that reason we have a worry free return policy. All lights have a 25% restocking fee if they are not returned to our company in a brand new state. If they are returned unused you will be issued a full refund for the product. We may refuse to fountains that have been installed and used due to the items being underwater.
- All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item. All items must be returned in a new and unused condition. We are very strict on this policy and we inspect every return for signs of wear or use. Please make sure you return all the appropriate parts for the item you are returning. If the item looks like it has been used or is missing parts, we will not issue a refund. We are not responsible for any broken electrical wires or light bulbs caused by improper installation.

- How long will it take for my refund to post to my credit card once I send the item back?
- Typically in a few business days after the item arrives back to our warehouse. If for some reason your refund is not posted in that time period, please contact our company at 716-512-8739 for resolution.
Is shipping refundable?
- If you do not open the package and refuse shipping, you will not need to pay for the return. If you open the item, you will need to pay for shipping of the return item to our warehouse. Shipping is not refundable so please make sure you order the proper product from our company.
What if my item is broken or does not work?
- Call us immediately if your item is damaged or does not work. Some or our lighting systems have switches that need to be properly set for speed/lighting color/etc.... 99% of the time we can troubleshoot over the phone.
- If an item is damaged call us as well. We insure products for damage during shipping and we will have to file a damage claim. At the same times we will arrange for replacement shipping of replacement product.
